Second purchase and Nicholas has helped me with both loans. Nicholas is not only very well mannered but very honest and to find somebody like that in Miami is RARE!!… He makes sure you understand everything and even reads you the fine print. I would never go anywhere else to apply for a home loan. He answered my phone calls at at any time of the day and answered any questions I had. He is a true hardworking individual. So before speaking with Nicholas, I was originally doing the loan with my bank and the process was close to already 2 month and about to close when the final disclosures were completely different from what we originally spoke about. I was referred to Nicholas and he immediately started helping me. He gave me a lower rate and 3k cheaper than my own bank. We ended up closing in 15 days in my own house.
